What's included in the weekly price?
Your furnished studio, all utilities, fast WiFi, and cleaning of the shared lounges, co-working and wellness spaces. One price, no surprise bills.
How long do I have to stay?
Flexible from a single month upward. Stay a season or a few years — extend or give a month's notice when it's time to move on.
How is this different from the Urban Rest apart-hotel?
The apart-hotel upstairs is designed for nights and short stays. Wunder.Living is designed for living — longer terms, a resident community, shared social spaces and an events calendar, all at a weekly rate.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Like the rest of Urban Rest, select studios are pet-friendly — your dog is part of the family here too.
Can I have guests to stay?
Of course. Members get guest passes, and visitors can book the apart-hotel upstairs at mates' rates when they want their own space.
